After a longer break Sophie is taking up training again and competed at another IKF today. Thanks to Craig and Ashley for jumping in to help her in her corner today.

Sophie "The Tank" just smashing pads🥊💣I hear people out there saying "bring it," but when Sophie steps up, they just back out. Sophie will never back out of a fight with anyone unless she gets injured. With that being said, we're still looking for a couple of fights. So step it up Ladies💪

Sophie "The Tank" had her fourth full contact fight Saturday evening and won by TKO in the first round. Her hard training from the last months def paid out. Thanks to everybody that came out and supported her.

IKF Midwest Point Muay Thai & Kickboxing was a success today. John was judging and Sophie won all of her 3 fights, big thanks to Ashley for being her coach today!
