Battle for the Bling 16u finalist💜💛💚

The girls took to the field this past weekend to prepare for the upcoming HFL Championship and Team 1 KC Elite Invite. They went 6-2, losing in the championship game by 1 run vs a talented Louisville Sluggers team. The highlight of the weekend was a comeback extra innings victory vs a top notch Texas Glory team.

As a team they slashed a .369/.442/.942 with 62 total hits and 9 Ks in 204 PA. We had 5 girls bat above .350 and 3 above .500 and 1 💣 (congratulations on 6 of the season AJ).

Our pitchers recorded 41 Ks with 15 BB and a team ERA of 2.275.

Help us wish one of our OGs, Charlotte a happy 14th birthday. Over the past 5 seasons we have had the pleasure of watching this kid blaze the basepath with her speed and grow into an incredible defender. Happy birthday, Char!! Have an awesome birthday.

HuSTLe City 14U Alliance Qualifier Champions 🥇💜💚💛

This past weekend the girls took home the gold at the Hustle City HFL National Qualifier. They went 5-1, while outscoring the competition 40 to 8. Our pitching, defense, and hitting were all on point. They beat both the Indiana Magic Gold Futures and Indiana Magic Gold Regional teams, and a very talented Wisconsin Lightning team. They earned some true respect by beating these nationally ranked clubs. Great job ladies!!!!

Offensively
We had 6 girls bat above .350 and 3 girls bat above .450.

A special callout to our table setter Char, who slashed a .545/.706/.636 with 7 runs scored

Pitching
Was on point. We had a team ERA of 2.06 with 30Ks. Special callout to Alexis who had a sub 1 ERA over 14 innings of work and Cici who pitched a 5 inning shutout in the Championship game.

Defensively
AJ had not 1, not 2, but 3 diving plays at short.
