Teresa Reiniger, founder of Living After Grief, was recently featured in GlowInto’s article “The Grief We Carry, The Purpose We Grow Into.”

In this heartfelt feature, Teresa shares how her own experiences with loss, motherhood, miscarriage, caregiving, and walking with others through grief shaped the work she does today.

Her story is a powerful reminder that grief deserves space, compassion, and support — not silence.

Certain places hold pieces of the people we miss.

A tree. A driveway. A favorite booth at a restaurant. A walking trail.

Sometimes grief pulls us back there because love still lives in those spaces.

💜 If you have a place that reminds you of them, you’re not alone.

Today we pause to honor and remember the brave military men and women who gave their lives in service to the United States. 🇺🇸🕊️

We also hold close the families, friends, and loved ones who continue carrying their memory in their hearts.

Grief doesn’t erase love—it transforms it. It lives in the memories, the quiet moments, and in the way we still speak their name when no one is around.
If you are missing someone today, you are not alone. Their life mattered. Their sacrifice mattered. Their love still matters. 💛

We honor them with you today.

There are moments in grief that stop you in your tracks — just like that.

You can be moving through life one second, and the next… everything hits at once. And in those moments, silence can feel heavier than words. You don’t have to sit in that pain alone.

Talking to someone who truly understands grief can make the weight feel a little lighter, and help you breathe again when everything feels stuck.

Sometimes healing starts with simply being heard by the right person — like Teresa, who holds space for people learning how to live after loss.
