Little break in the silence for some social hunting. Let’s see if we can’t punch this last buck tag. Late season grind separates all of us. Weekend with these boys was much needed. and some of the best to do it.

This one you will just have to watch, emotions were all over the place. This buck I was able to scout and get a shot on within two days. He was rutted up and ready to fight. Black Rack and extinguisher grunt call brought him right in from 100 yards. November in Missouri doesn’t get much better than that. God I love Missouri . This time of year I’m re scouting looking for rubs and scrapes usually 20-30 yards into timber on edge of field. Fresh grinds and active scrapes, can be hard to tell with leafs falling constantly. Always hunting after a rain or sudden drop in temperature. I switch from timber to feild, giving myself a longer line of site. I’ll start hunting late into the mornings if I can. If new to hunting just putting yourself in the woods on trails and pinch points is the best place to be through November.
