What a great night boxing. You ladies kicked butt tonight especially with the round house burpees. 💪🏼🥊 No pic taken but you all showed up on a Friday night!! Patti LaRue Clover Wende Whitman Aites Julia Wesche Tami Webb and we had a new boxer in the house, Kathy Branding Ewing who did fabulous!💪🏼💪🏼

Rebounder Tuesday 5/19/26 will be at 5:30pm, no 6:30pm class this week. This is an opportunity for anyone who thinks 6:30is to late here is your opportunity to do a rebounder class earlier. I will post the link it will say 6:30 but it will actually be 5:30pm this week.

I am happy to announce we will be adding 7:30am classes to our schedule for Tuesday and Thursday mornings. For those who dont like the early morning 5:30am class this will still let you get that workout in early. Great if you work from home, elderly and dont want to be in a big group or a stay at home mom who wants to be out with like-minded women and not the big gym with prying eyes 😉. Come give our group class a try. First group class is on me. Come see and meet the most kind and loving women ever. We have a great community and would love to have you part of it. All workouts are modified for each individual need. We have sevwral classes to choose from. Here is a link to look at the classes and times. If you have any questions please reach out.
