What’s a bike swap?? A big ole event that brings the community together to clear out old dusty parts out the basement, search for that holy grail part, and chat with other like-minded folks. Think flea market for bikes.

We’re doing it the old fashion way. No need to register, no need to pay, just show up, plop down a chair and have a good time. Let’s fill up the parking lot!

🫖FOR SALE 💫: 1984 Univega Gran Turismo size 58cm for someone 5’9+ $650 OBO

The Gran Turismo was a sought after 80s touring bike with a double butted Chromoly frame, rack mounts front and rear, cantilever brakes and decent tire clearance. With a wheel swap to 700c we were able to get 700x35c Gravelking tires and fenders to clear nicely. The cockpit called for a bar and stem to keep it clean and classy. Drivetrain we went 2x8 speed with a decent range for city riding, some suntour bits and rare tagaki cranks paired to stem mounted friction shifters for low maintenance. I personally love some stem mounted shifters and love how they keep the bars clear of things.
A bike isn’t complete without some talking parts housing to add some color and flare.
