Fitness Journey

My name is Elena, and I have always been in love with fitness. I have been doing home work-outs since I could remember. When I was adopted in 2002 I was already working out so much. I continued that, and have always loved being fit and keeping myself healthy in mind, body, and spirit.

I discovered latin dancing in May, 2017 and have learned all sorts of dance such as Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Zouk, Merengue, Cumbia, Contempory, Modern, Ballet, etc. Dancing has become another passion of mine and I dance every single day. I think the two work really well together and I wanted to share my love of fitness to you.

So many people ask me how I stay in such good shape from head to toe. I finally thought about creating something for “dancers”. Dancers often struggle finding good work outs to keep their body conditioned for dancing.

I want everyone to learn something new and I want to help motivate others to continue to reach their fitness, life, and personal goals.
