what a whirlwind of a weekend for these boys! ended Saturday 1-1 and had to be at the fields at 8:45 this morning for game 1.
these boys battled HARD today and powered through THREE games to come up CHAMPIONS in the end, winning their last game 8-5. 🔥🔥 proud of their energy, dedication, and fight today. well deserved GMB champs! 🩵🩷
our last highlight of last weekend goes to our number #17, Luka, for his home run! hoping we can continue to bring the momentum as Westside Prime takes on the Rawlings Tigers - Stilwell tonight at 8pm in Chesterfield. Good Luck Boys! 🩵🩷
Jonah, #5, showed up and put in the work for his team this weekend. pitching a complete game AND showing up with 2 triples for the weekend! 🔥🔥
not only did our #1, Ben, pitch a complete game (on his birthday!) last Saturday, he battled through a loaded count and ripped one for a clean double to center field bringing Westside up 5-0 in the first inning. Way to go Ben!
we were waiting all weekend for a hit like this one. #15, Jackson, sent one right down the third base line for a double and driving in one run. even when they’re down, they keep hitting and keep fighting!
the sunshine has us wishing it was the weekend again. already reliving the highlights from last weekend, including this straight up the middle line drive from our number #19, Tommy.

weekends like this are made for baseball. it didn’t end the way we hoped, but proud of these boys for showing up and working hard. congratulations to our pitchers Ben and Jonah for both pitching complete games this weekend! keep up the hard work Westside Prime! 🩷🩵

No tournament this weekend… but that didn’t stop us from getting together ⛳️⚾️
Instead of games on the field, the team took on Topgolf for some much-needed bonding time. Swings, laughs, a little friendly competition, and plenty of memories made.
Building chemistry off the field is just as important as the work we put in on it—and this group continues to grow stronger every time we’re together 💪🔥

Taking advantage of a day off school and some perfect weather ☀️⚾️
A few of the boys couldn’t pass up the chance to get outside, put in some extra work, and keep sharpening their skills. From drills to swings, it was all about getting better today—and of course, you can’t forget a little wiffle ball to keep things fun and competitive.
Days like this are what it’s all about… putting in the work when no one’s watching and enjoying every minute of the game 💪🔥
