235 felt like 1 million pounds yesterday but I was determined to improve from last week. Getting those weights to go up is getting harder is I get closer to the wedding and am eating in a deficit, so I am psyched to be and back on and again! 18 days!!!

I believe this one in my core. Not just about health/fitness but about pretty much everything in life. A simple mindset shift can turn your world upside down in a quick second.

When I feel anxious about a situation, I try to dig into the why, and see how a twist of perspective can ease my stress.

For example, my wedding is in 20 days. There are so many little things that can go wrong, so many loose ends to be tied up, so many details to stress about. I try instead, to focus on how much fun the day will be and how mishaps can create funny memories and great stories!

When I am afraid to take a big risk in my career, I focus on what is in my control. Stressing over the actions of other people is wasted effort. I can only do what I can do, and I know I will always be proud of my effort.

What are you going through that could be made less stressful by a change in mindset?

Sorry, but sharing the newsletter isn’t enough. I’m too proud of all these people and so many more for all the hard work they put in.

These people show up consistently, follow the program, push themselves, and trust me (arguably the hardest part!) and that is when magic happens! I’d even go so far as to say they have a damn good time doing it. 🤪💪

This is progress from JUST ONE MONTH! Keep killing it, beasts!!!
