3️⃣ We don’t need folks to tell us to ‘be careful.’ We’ve got this
4️⃣ Our bodies come in all shapes and sizes (and don’t need anyone’s commentary about it)
5️⃣ We don’t do it for men. We do it for ourselves
6️⃣ We don’t want to arm wrestle you. Or beat you up. 😂
7️⃣ Lifting weights is about so much more than building muscle and strength (although those are pretty awesome!)

It also builds:
