You CANNOT end your year without doing this.💡The catharsis of doing this was so real. I was so into doing it I forgot to record it. That’s the whole point, though: being present with my feelings so I can really put them thangs DOWN.

1. gather a plate, a marker, and a plastic bag
2. write down every behavior/relationship/belief/fear/etc. you won’t be bringing to 2024
3. put the plate in a bag and tie it up
4. YEET THAT BITCH (outside, of course)

Note: I recommend using eye protection and gloves when smashing things. The bag offers some protection, but anything can happen. I can’t be responsible for you getting hurt, but I will feel SUPER bad about it!

In case you haven’t heard yet, our BIG HOLIDAY BASH is postponed. A whole heap of things came up that were out of my control, so I got real still to hear what The Universe was trying to tell me. What I heard was “YO IT AINT THE RIGHT TIME” so I listened.

⚡️I just made a HUGE pivot which changes the plan in a huge way.
⚡️Yes, I am still finalizing our business plan.
