THE EXACT REASON TRAINERS ARE LEAVING THE INDUSTRY IS…

..The schedule and finances aren’t what they used to be.

The trainer who started their own gym for financial freedom is now guiltily training morning and evening clients while trying to fit in morning drop offs and breakfast with the family.

❌impossible.

BUT.

This business model changes that.

This is the most client and trainer friendly business model that exists:

Trainers on shifts in only one part of the day

Clients flexible to schedule with more than one coach.

Trainers paid per person per session and don’t have to market/bill/schedule…just COACH.

Clients on a monthly membership and lower price point thereby increasing their usage and results

Trainers using systems and working together (versus randomness and solo)

Clients getting 2-4 coaches to help them (versus one to tell them about their weekend).

The fitness industry is changing faster than the old dinosaurs in it can actually see

WHY THIS IS BEING GIVEN AWAY:

(This alone is worth a $1500 weekend certification)

There are coaches and fitness professionals out there charging for this stuff…

But not doing it.

This is / will be the model for the STL training studios and or any more NYC ones.

It’s too simple.

And that’s why it will succeed.

PS how many menu items does Chik Fil A have (6)

In and Out Burger (3)

They do 2x the store revenue of McDonalds (which has SO many menu items).

Simple….Performed savagely well….Scales and sells.

STEAL THIS BUSINESS PLAN

($1500 value - this is part 1)

Who’s this for: this is an ideal template for a trainer who’s currently looking to maximize their time and earnings.

Why it works: most trainers sell time for money (paid for each training session they perform).

This changes that, and now is paid for the monthly commitment their client makes (with accountability as the weekly or monthly reminder)

What size space do you need? This is location dependent. NYC can be 1,600 square feet but suburbs can be 3-4K with this outline and equipment.

How much? Cash + capital is important to estimate, then add 20%. No, really.

What’s most shocking? Most people think equipment costs are the highest.

This isn’t true.

Leasehold, operating capital, flooring, painting/lighting/fixtures, HVAC, sound, legal, operating agreements…these are all things first time business owners are (rightfully) caught off guard by

And if you’re like me, you didn’t go to school for this.

Which is why I’m giving you this free guide to starting your own business.

Because it’s not taught.

It’s a proven model for so many business owners.

And it’s a life-giving step in any entrepreneurial career.

SAVE this post for later and stay tuned for steps 5-9.

You'll hear this topic a LOT today and tomorrow: Semi private training (or small group)

This is NOT to be confused with small classes or group training. Very different position in the mind of the client.

Here's a super effective way to transition your one-on-one clients to semi private.

Don’t fall prey to this old parable…

One thing is for sure: .shirtlessdude will be sharpening THEIR saw by learning from each other in just over two weeks from today.

It’s VERY difficult to take time off from training, and we get that

But it’s also very difficult to increase your efficiency earnings or excellence without a specific road map

Let’s sharpen that saw, together!

Make sure to use the link from each presenter as they still have a few discount codes to give away (save $50 by following their link!)
