Two knees - two different rehabs

1st video - 49yo cyclist with bilateral Quad tendon rupture (very rare).
Actually been working with him for awhile but he’s about a year out and ready to start the new season with focus and performance.

2nd video - 16yo LAX and hockey player. Tore ACL in June and had successful pre PT work, now getting him ready to get back on field for this LAX season.

The ability to not only heal but perform is a challenge and these two have met that challenge.

What an incredible 6 months…

Want to thank Ben Brown () for the push and insight to make a change in my life.

21 years ago I started this game a ripe, skinny young man hungry to become the best strength coach I could be. I have had wonderful mentors on this journey to my present state.

It was time for a change and time for a coach to have a coach. Lots of things I learned about myself and lots of issues still to iron out but I couldn’t have done it without Ben.

Through the process I learned how to coach my clients better and for that I am grateful.

I haven’t told many people about my work with for the last almost 4 months.

As you see, my progress has been slow and steady. Lots of life also happened during these months.
Now don’t be fooled - I’m not trying to be in show shape ( at least not yet😂).

But as a father of 4 (+ 1 furry kid), a husband to a tremendously successful woman, and a biz owner for the last 11 years I needed to start the process of moving the needle backwards.

Funny thing thing is @43 and feeling like a million bucks I probably didn’t need to go through Ben’s program. But I wanted to learn the skills to not only help myself but also my clients.

But I didn’t like where things were going after a great summer of travel and extravagance.

So I signed on and I’m so glad I did. I’m not perfect by no means but that’s what’s been so good about staying as consistent as I feel I can.

Still have 5 pounds to go…
Life is on the up and up!!!
