Join us on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Energizer Park for a heartwarming event that supports the life-affirming mission of Make-A-Wish while creating lasting memories and helping grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

Gates open at 8:00 a.m., and the 5K race and walk start at 9:00 a.m. This year, the largest Walk For Wishes in the nation will include an option to run a 5K race along with a scenic 1-mile walk! Participants can expect pre-race festivities, games, entertainment, and the chance to connect with fellow supporters, all while raising awareness and funds for this important cause.

Formerly the St. Charles Half Marathon, this 13.1-mile race brings you across the iconic “Pork Chop Loop” 🥩 covering parts of the Katy Trail, Hamburg Trail, and Busch Greenway for scenic fun and exciting challenges along the way!

Squeaking of fun 🥓🍻 Participants can enjoy a finish line party featuring a Bacon & Beer Station, Beverly Ann’s Cookie Truck, music, and more! You’ll also receive a commemorative race shirt and finisher medal highlighting the race course. Be sure to check out our custom Dusty Pig temporary tattoos at packet pickup to get decked out ahead of race day!
