Back at it again. Saturday mornings 10am. Blackburn Park in Webster Groves.

The Two Monks
Two monks were walking from one village to another. They came upon a woman who couldn't get past a muddy section of the road. The older monk put the woman on his back and carries her over the mud. The entire time she is berating him for being too slow and for splashing her. When they got to the other side, he puts her down and the two monks walk on.
An hour later the older monk asks the younger one, why he looks upset.
"That woman was so rude to you." he answers.
"My friend," says the older monk, "I put that woman down an hour ago. You're still carrying her."

My very first students for my very first weekly yoga class at the doggy daycare I used to work at in Denver, CO. My boss was so kind and believed in me so much, she didn't even charge me rent to use the space on weekends. That being said, the ONLY place to practice was the dog yard, lol. I'm sure I threw away my work mat when I found a new place to teach my class, but I sure as hell didn't throw away the memories. LOL @ 's expression. My community has always held it down.

Open your ears and hold your tongue, out of my mouth a story will come.

Two Wolves
One morning, as usual when blessed with the presence of their progeny, a wise Cherokee grandparent was making breakfast with their grandchild. Not surprised by the precocious conversation being discussed, they soon found themselves explaining the inner struggles of the human condition. "In every person their lives two wolves at constant battle." They said, "One wolf represents things like kindness, courage and love. The other, things like greed, fear, and hatred." The grandchild stops and thinks for a second before asking, "Well, which one wins?" The grandparent gently replies, "The one you feed."

Y'all ready for our 3rd year of yoga in the park to begin? Saturday @ 10am Blackburn Park, Webster Groves. All the cool kids will be there. Will you?

This is the home for men's clothing optional yoga, Mon. evenings at 7pm at The Club St. Louis. I couldn't be more happier. Great class tonight. Great group of men. Looking forward to the future!
