On this Memorial Day, we are grateful for the brave men and women who have sacrificed for our Freedom.

Our facilities are open today until 3pm...there is still time to get in a workout in honor of the fallen. While everyone else is getting their BBQ menu lined up, gathering with friends or family, a workout is a great way to have some quiet time to reflect on the discipline of our brave soldiers who 'signed that check'.
