Breakout Fitness is for women who feel out of place in most gyms.

We keep workouts structured, the environment supportive, and the price realistic enough to actually stick with it.

Just your average group of regular women casually flipping giant tires on a Saturday morning. 😂

No bodybuilders.
No CrossFit Games applications pending.
No idea why we own this many tires.

Just a bunch of women who are a LOT stronger than they probably give themselves credit for. 🛞💪

Why do people choose us? Honest breakdown:

* You won’t have a trainer yelling or getting in your face.
* You won’t be doing exercises that make you feel ridiculous or embarrassed.
* You can come in, get your workout, and leave. You don’t have to make friends or become part of some gym social scene.

Hell, you might have zero intention of joining, and that’s totally fine.

We just want you to come see why we’re different from other gyms.

5 workouts. $25. Nothing more.

Come try us. Then decide for yourself.

Just a supportive place to train, get stronger, and do it at your own pace.

100 WORKOUTS FOR MARIA! 💪💛

Maria joined Breakout Fitness last summer, and today she officially hit 100 workouts!

And those 100 haven’t all been easy.

She’s dealt with injuries along the way and has had to modify and work around things, all while trying to stay strong and avoid more surgeries.

But through it all, she keeps showing up.

She works with what her body can do that day, makes adjustments when needed, and keeps moving forward.

That’s what consistency looks like.

100 workouts down in a little over a year. We’re proud of you, Maria! 👏💪

AI can write you a workout.

But it can’t see the look on your face when it’s made a terrible decision. 😂

Some things still need a real coach.

1,000 WORKOUTS. 💙

This one is pretty special.

Carolyn has been part of Breakout Fitness for the better part of the last 7–8 years, and I’ve gotten to watch a lot of life happen during that time.

She got married. She became a mom. She’s built a career, worked full-time, raised a family — and through all of it, she has remained one of those familiar faces in our morning workouts.

There have been busy seasons, tired mornings and plenty of reasons over the years when it would’ve been easier to skip.

But she kept showing up.

And today, all of those mornings added up to 1,000 workouts.

That number is impressive, but what I appreciate even more is getting to watch someone move through so many different stages of life and continue making time for herself along the way.

Carolyn, I’m incredibly proud of you, and I’m grateful that Breakout has gotten to be a small part of your life for all these years.

Welcome to the 1,000 Workout Club. You earned this one. 👏💪

You don’t have to “get in shape” before joining a gym.

You don’t have to be the strongest.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing.
And you definitely don’t have to look like everyone else.

At Breakout Fitness, you show up as you are, work at your pace, and get stronger from there. 💪

We’re a small neighborhood gym in St. Louis built for women who don’t necessarily love gyms.

No mirrors. No yelling. No pressure to keep up.

Just good workouts, real people, and a place where you can feel comfortable walking through the door.

Labor Day at Breakout Fitness 💪

We switched things up this morning and took on our first Breakout Fitness HYROX-style challenge!

Running, rowing, biking, wall balls, lunges, pull-ups, push-ups and a whole lot of reps 😅

Everyone went at their own pace, worked hard, and finished it.

Pretty fun way to spend a Labor Day morning at our little neighborhood gym in St. Louis.

Proud of this crew! 👏

300 WORKOUTS FOR ALISON!! 🥳💪

And she picked a pretty good day to knock out #300, right in the middle of our Labor Day Challenge!

300 workouts takes a lot of showing up over and over again, and Alison has definitely done that.

We’re lucky to have you as part of Breakout, Alison. Congrats on 300!! 💛🖤

Next stop: 400. 😁
