400 workouts!! That takes a lot of early mornings, a lot of consistency, and a lot of showing up on days you maybe didn’t feel like it.
Theresa has absolutely been one of those people. She’s been incredibly consistent with her morning workouts, always comes in with a smile, and is just one of those people who is always happy and pleasant to be around.
Congrats on joining the 400 Workout Club, Theresa! We’re lucky to have you at Breakout Fitness 💪🎉

Most people think gyms are built on workouts.
Honestly, they’re built on people.
The workouts matter. The results matter. But the reason a lot of women keep showing up at Breakout Fitness is because they start recognizing faces, laughing between sets, and feeling comfortable walking through the door.
That changes everything.

Kim and De Janelle joined Breakout just a few weeks ago… and this is exactly what I love seeing.
Two people showing up, smiling, getting more comfortable, and doing something good for themselves.
Walking into a gym for the first time can feel intimidating. But once people realize they don’t have to have everything figured out before they start, it gets a whole lot easier.

I’m , and this June I’m putting together a small beginner-friendly camp for teen girls ages 13–18 called “Lift Like A Girl.”
The goal isn’t intense workouts or weight loss.
It’s helping girls feel more comfortable and confident in a gym environment.
We’ll cover:
✔ beginner strength training
✔ proper form
✔ how to use gym equipment
✔ building confidence in a supportive setting
No experience needed at all.

You don’t need a better workout.
You need to actually show up.
That’s it.
Not 5 days a week. Not perfect eating.
Just… consistency.
Most people don’t fail because it’s too hard.
They fail because they stop.
If you’ve been starting and stopping for years,
this might be the thing you’ve been missing.
Start showing up. Everything else gets easier.
