The annual Watson Martial Arts Halloween party was a big success! Thanks to all who attended and participated in the costume contest! It was a lot of fun!

Tac Team was able to win the Adult Gi & No-Gi team titles this past weekend at AGF. Congrats to everyone on the victories! We're proud of the hard work and willingness to challenge yourself!

Several people have posted about our event this weekend, and I wanted add my gratitude as well. Each year the Tac Team BJJ association holds a team day in Philly. I thought it would be a good idea to have a local one as well for STL and our surrounding affiliates. We were able to collaborate ideas, get some solid training and interact with teammates from other schools. It surpassed expectations with around 150 participants getting after it on both floors at Watson Martial Arts. We also had the honor and privilege to promote three new, deserving black belts (Trevor Ratzky, Matt Middeke, Logan Wayne)! It was a great day, and I can't wait for the next one. Fresh off of wining the Gi and No-Gi team titles at the IBJJF Chicago Open, the sky's the limit for Tac Team! I am excited for the continued growth and results. Big thanks to all the attendees for making it a great event, and for all the leadership and guidance from the black belts!

We are excited to say that this month is Watson Martial Arts’ 10-year anniversary. We are extremely grateful for the amazing coaches, staff, and the thousands of people who have come through our doors over the past decade. We started in a 2,600 sq/ft location with one bathroom, and have upgraded a couple times to a 10,300 sq/foot location with tons of amenities. We weathered the storm of Covid, and we’re stronger than ever. And while we have experienced many positive changes that come with growth, one thing remains unchanged, our mission. We improve people’s lives through the many benefits provided by the Martial Arts!
