December off to a great start! π±
5k last week had a fantastic turnout with lots of first-timers from the Trident team! I'm looking forward to hitting it again next year!
This weekend was the 12 Days of Fitmas workout at the S2-HQ. Thankful for for letting us use their amazing space for this community workout! We'll have to run this back again soon!πͺ

π± One supplement that I always take is creatine. I've probably been taking it since high school to be honest π€£
