We're continuing the fitness theme! Your challenge is to design a mini workout to a 3-4 minute song that you'll do at least once a day for the next week.
Exercises: You can choose exercises from our classes, personal favorites, or ones that you think you need to improve on. Since we're focusing on a short time frame, try to select exercises that challenge you a bit.
Music: What gets your blood pumping?! Here's a few ideas to get you started:
