Tracking your progress is very important to our program so we can make sure your workout & nutrition plan and yielding the results you are working so hard for.

That said, we take your body measurements and evaluate the progress on all of your SMART goals every 4 weeks in a program we call (AGS) or "Accountability & Goal Setting". This way you know your program is working for you and brining your closer to your goals every month!

You will always have access to your progress & body measurement history in easy to read progress graphs that you can get to right through the Big Fitness Training App in the Progress Tracker Tab!
