Let's get our junior players to Chicago to compete!

🏆 The 2026 USHA Junior Three-Wall Nationals are headed to Chicago!

Join us July 24-26 in La Grange, Illinois, and have your juniors compete for a national title. Boys and girls divisions range from 9U to 19U in both Big Ball and Small Ball competition!

Hosted by the La Grange Handball Club and Illinois Handball Association, it's going to be a great weekend of handball, competition, and fun. More information can be found on the flyer!

Hinder Club Members get your kids involved!

Last night, we wrapped up our Spring Youth Handball Sessions at the National Handball Center with a fun end-of-session tournament and group celebration!

More than 25 juniors took part in the program this spring, learning the game and improving their skills. We’re excited to keep the momentum going and welcome even more young players in the future.

Stay tuned for details on our FREE Summer Youth Handball Lessons, which will begin sometime in June — no experience necessary!

Free Youth Handball Lessons begin this Sunday at 1pm at the National Handball Center!

We’re excited to kick off our youth handball program and introduce kids to one of the most fun and active sports around. Lessons will continue every Sunday and Thursday evening going forward.

All equipment is provided and there is no cost to participate- just bring your energy, a friend, and come ready to learn the game!
