I am taking a look at what my goals have been and realizing I have been playing small ! Time to ramp up these goals because I was made for more !!!

Over the past 5 years we have learned how to grow , how to compromise how to communicate (sometimes). Having little humans can be hard work but I see you putting the work in . I love you and hope you have an amazing day !! Your boys love you to the moon and back ! And of course penny girl !

Not only am I showing them how I am being a healthier version of myself but I am showing them what determination looks like and to NEVER give up when things get hard !!

Over the past year , we have grown so much as a couple and a family. We have stretched ourselves to our limits but then sling shot back. I feel with the rona, that most families are finding it difficult. If anything it has brought us closer. You are much more aware now of how my anxiety functions and I am much more aware of how social you need to be (with your main peeps). ⁣
⁣
Now that the boys are getting older it has changed the dynamic of household and it is amazing to watch you with them ! All around the last trip around the sun we took together has been an eye opening one. One that I can say has been helpful in our relationship and life. I hope you are having an amazing birthday and I hope you had a blast on the weekend !LOVE YOU BABY !

Meal planning does not always meal 90000 containers with perfect meals in them !!!

Meal planning for me is actually going into the week knowing what I am having for supper and lunches ! 🥗

On busy days having the slow cooker on and pre cutting veggies to throw in a salad for my lunch is a step forward !!
