πThis summer we're reading Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse together, and we'd love for you to join us!
It's a short, beautiful novel that follows one man's lifelong search for meaning. We'll read it through a yogic lens, connect it to our practice, and talk honestly about how it shows up in our real lives.
No philosophy background needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to show up.
Our book club is led by Jami Marsoun, our studio manager and ERYT-500, who brings a deep and genuine love of yoga philosophy to every conversation. You're in good hands.
The reading schedule will be handed out on the first night, so there's nothing to read before June 11. Just come.
Thursdays, 7:00β8:15 PM
June 11 & 25 / July 9 & 23 / August 6
* Come to one or all five sessions, whatever you can make!
Free to attend. But, we ask that you register. Bring your own copy of Siddhartha or pick one up at the studio for $10.
Drop a "ME" in the comments if you're in! And, comment "Book" if you're planning to buy the book from the studio so we know if we need to order more!

πSomething really special is happening on Saturday, June 20th, and we want every single one of you to be a part of it!
SEVEN St. Louis yoga studios are coming together to celebrate International Day of Yoga with donation-based classes ALL day long, and every dollar raised goes directly to , a nonprofit bringing trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness to kids in schools right here in our city.
$20 puts a yoga mat in a child's hands. $150 sponsors a kid in a weekly yoga class for an entire semester. That's the kind of impact a single class can make.
We are so proud to be part of this alongside some of the most incredible yoga communities in St. Louis:
Scroll through to see the donation-based classes at each studio that day. At South River Yoga, we have classes running from 7:30am all the way to 7:15pm. Starting with 108 Sun Salutation, ending with restorative yoga, so there is truly something for everyone. Come to one class, come to several, bring a friend. Give what you can. It all matters.
We'd love for you to build a whole yoga day and visit several studios that day!!! Grab your friends, pick a great St. Louis restaurant for lunch or dinner, and you have the perfect day!
Registration required at each individual studio.
This is yoga doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Bigger than any one studio. Available to everyone.
See you on the mat. π
P.S. can't make it on that day and still want to support? See the direct donation link in the comments!
