Sacred Energy: Reiki 1 & 2 Immersion is happening September 18-20, and it's the kind of weekend that changes how you see energy work, yourself, and your ability to heal.
Whether you're brand new to Reiki or have your Level 1 and want to go deeper, this is for you!
Spots are limited and they will go fast. Early bird pricing ends July 15th, so don't wait on this one.

πͺ·There's an old teaching, found in both yoga and Buddhist philosophy, about the lotus flower.
It grows in muddy water. And it blooms anyway.
Blooming is our studio theme this month, and the lotus feels like the perfect way to talk about it.
Because blooming is never about skipping the hard parts. The caregiving, the grief, the hormonal chaos, the seasons that we're not prepared for. That's not the stuff getting in the way of your bloom. That's the mud it's growing from.
The lotus flower is one of our favorite analogies for coming through the hard times to make it to the beauty! Drop a πͺ· if you've heard this before in one of your yoga classes!

πΈBlooming doesn't mean starting over. It means letting the real you finally show up.
Blooming is our studio theme this month, and it's one we've been building towards all year with our annual "Grow with the Flow" journey!
For so many of us, we've spent decades being who everyone else needed us to be. The good daughter. The dependable one. The woman who holds it all together.
Yoga philosophy calls our truest self svabhava, and it never left. It's just been waiting for a little space to breathe.
Swipe through and see if any of these feel familiar. Then drop your number in the comments. We'd love to know which one hit home. π

πThis summer we're reading Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse together, and we'd love for you to join us!
It's a short, beautiful novel that follows one man's lifelong search for meaning. We'll read it through a yogic lens, connect it to our practice, and talk honestly about how it shows up in our real lives.
No philosophy background needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to show up.
Our book club is led by Jami Marsoun, our studio manager and ERYT-500, who brings a deep and genuine love of yoga philosophy to every conversation. You're in good hands.
The reading schedule will be handed out on the first night, so there's nothing to read before June 11. Just come.
Thursdays, 7:00β8:15 PM
June 11 & 25 / July 9 & 23 / August 6
* Come to one or all five sessions, whatever you can make!
Free to attend. But, we ask that you register. Bring your own copy of Siddhartha or pick one up at the studio for $10.
Drop a "ME" in the comments if you're in! And, comment "Book" if you're planning to buy the book from the studio so we know if we need to order more!
