The St. Louis Metropolitan St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Run Committee is deeply saddened to share that our 2023 Honorary Parade Chairman, Drew Patchin, has passed away.

Drew led our 2023 Parade down Market Street with a smile, with “Drew’s Crew” by his side and with a courage that inspired everyone who met him. His love of parades, mascots and sports, and the joy he brought to every moment, made Parade weekend truly unforgettable for our Parade and the City of St. Louis.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Patchin and Schultz families, and to all who loved Drew. May his memory be a blessing, and may we carry forward his legacy of strength, joy and community in all that we do. 💚
