We’ll incorporate all of my favorite fitness toys into your workout! Battle ropes, Slam balls, kettlebells, jump ropes, barbells, and more! This workout is faced paced with short periods of rest between each exercise, allowing for high calorie burning and muscle toning in just 45 minutes. The Saturday 60 - (60 min) 10:00a.m. ($12) This 60 min boot camp style class will combine both running and strength training. Timed 10 min intervals to have you working hard, burning a ton of calories and having fun. Start your weekend strong with the Saturday 60!

Get ready for some fitness and fun with Red Shoe! We will be hosting a FREE boot-camp style workout class this Saturday, July 31st taught by Darcy Zenker of NowFitness! 💪
We will meet at 9am at the bottom of the World's Fair Pavilion in Forest Park by the fountain. It's recommended to bring a water bottle, mat and hand weights (5-10 lbs) if you have them.

Sunshine Saturday SHIZZLE 🌞💪🤚
Join us for some much needed sunshine and a Saturday sweat like no other!
This 60 min Tabata workout will have your heart pumping, sweat dripping, and every major muscle group feeling the BURN. The SUNSHINE SHIZZLE sweat consists of 5 blocks of work, 8 min each (remember true Tabata is 4 minutes, so each block is 2 Tabatas!) alternating between strength and cardio blocks. We have a powerful pumping playlist prepared so we can bring all the energy to our workout! Show your self what you can DO and join us on Saturday outdoors at Royal OAKS PARK in Warson Woods .
