Changing my mindset was major key to this fitness journey!! Telling myself I can do it definitely lit 🔥 a flame in my development.

I’ve had many days when I didn’t feel like working out. I’m always disappointed when the scale doesn’t move. But you know what I discovered?
•
The days you show up when you aren’t feeling 100% are the ones that make you stronger, especially mentally.
•
You won’t see results from only doing things when you “feel like it”.
•

This morning I got up even though I didn’t feel like it! 😩😅 The struggle be real! I made my morning tea, filled up my jug of water, and logged into work.

I’m usually my laziest on Monday’s. I’m trying to change that. I wrote in my gratitude journal and after this morning meeting I’m starting my cardio.
