I cannot believe that skill development is lost upon athletes these days, it's not always about raw talent and being recognized for said talent. It's about developing your craft. As is true in all walks of life, those who are able to pay attention to the fine, minute details of their craft are often the most successful. Hope to see everyone this fall.

It's been a while since I have posted anything…but Happy New Year to everyone…sometime early January I will be sharing a big thing we have been working on since July…it will be cool, just remember to wrap it up
