Rockwood Summit Cross Country

Good luck to everyone running tomorrow in the Frostbite Series race! If you are interested, the races tomorrow are a 5k and 20k and start at 9am each and start at the Forest Park Visitor Center.

Good job to Katie Repko, Jordan Whitney, Jacob Prasuhn, Sarah Hahn, Gabby Tucci, and Lucas Prasuhn in the Frostbite Series race today! I hear it was icy! Way to man up!

The banquet is tonight at 7PM in the theater! Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend!

The banquet is tomorrow night at 7PM in the theater! Make sure you give Alyssa $5 so she can get the coaches gift and make sure you give Travis song suggestions for the video! You don't want his taste of music in that video... trust me.
