Last weekend our athletes headed to Nashville for the Music City Jamboree and came home with so much more than game experience!

Team cheers.

Tournament Recap 💥 Arch City Challenge

Great day for STL FHC! Beautiful weather, strong competition, and our teams showed up with heart!

We saw wins, losses, and everything in between—but most importantly, growth, teamwork, and support across all levels! Our goalies were incredible all day, and our players competed hard for each other!

Shoutout to our U14s for taking 🥇 in their pool and our U16s for earning 🥉! 👏

Huge thank you to our coaches and families—you made the day what it was. This FHamily is something special🩵🩷🖤

Yesterday we introduced our FHamily Buddies—part of what we’re building through our Bigs & Littles program.

This is about more than just field hockey.

It’s about:
🏑 Older players mentoring younger athletes
🏑 Building confidence on and off the field
🏑 Creating connections across every age group
🏑 Making sure every athlete feels seen, supported, and valued

From U8 to U19—we are intentionally building something bigger than the game!

Because when athletes feel like they belong…they grow differently. 🌱

And this is just the beginning…✨
