CDM has upgraded to the 34" ultrawide monitor at 3440x1440. Editing video has become a heck of a lot more efficient.
Question of the day: do I turn my head or do I roll my chair?
I've had some free time the past couple days to tinker in after effects and I've decided to make a behind-the-scenes video of sorts to offer some insight into the magic of motion graphics.
Stay tuned!... I'll post it today or tomorrow.
With things finally slowing down a bit (namely editing work) and a couple projects off of my plate, I've been able to focus on finishing up the CDM website.

It's hard juggling all of this work (shooting, editing, website building, account management, remembering to eat and exercise) as a one-man show... I have one or two individuals ready to be added to the roster, but I won't go live with the "Creative Minds" section until all of the pieces are in place.
I'm still looking to add at least one talented editor and possibly a videographer. Inboxed referrals are eagerly accepted!

Drove to my old stomping grounds (EHS tennis courts) to capture a bit of sports footage to add to my company's reel (and even play a bit). Very impressed by the skills on this 2014 squad. Thanks for some GREAT video, girls! Maybe I'll make the trip out again sometime soon.

Our video, shot for Shriners Children's Hospital, was screened on August 22 at the Fox Theatre for their annual fundraising gala and helped Shriners raise $237,000 ... more than FIVE TIMES the expected amount!
