The Arm Barn is coming to St. Louis.
Southside Prospects and Movement 4 Power are teaming up to launch a pitching development program built around one idea: make pitchers, not just throwers.
Everybody in this market sells velocity. We're starting somewhere else — command, pitch design and understanding how to attack hitters. Velocity is absolutely part of it, and we'll build it with individualized throwing progressions off your own numbers. But it gets layered on top of good mechanics and a healthy arm, not chased at the expense of them.
Arm health is non-negotiable. Band work, pre-throw prep, post-pitching recovery and workload tracking are in every athlete's plan, because the goal is a pitcher who's still throwing well in July.
Every pitcher gets assessed, programmed and re-tested in 4-week blocks. Rapsodo, radar, film and a mobility screen up front, so we know exactly what we're building.
