Happy's Running Club Saint Louis The sole philosophy of the club is also our motto: "Run... drink... and be HAPPY!"

Frequency: EVERY Tuesday, rain or shine

Location: City Park Grill (3157 Morganford Rd. right across from Three Monkeys)

Distance: 5,000 meters or 3.1 miles...whichever you prefer

Time: Meet at 6pm (look for the sign in table), Run starts at 6:15pm sharp! Cost: $35 (annual membership)

Membership Includes: A snazzy technical dri-fit Happy's Running Club T-Shirt, drink specials after the run at City Park Grill, special surprises at several runs throughout the year! Did we also mention you get to hang with a bunch of your closest “like-minded” friends EVERY week?!

False fall was fun while it lasted.

The heat is back, Tuesday is going to be Tuesdaying, and our regularly scheduled nonsense running returns.

Sometimes the simplest Tuesdays are the best ones. A few miles. Good people. Cold drink specials waiting when you’re done.

Confessions from the Crew Chief:

I was super nervous to go to my first run club.

I knew I’d be too slow. Too awkward. That everyone would already know each other. That I’d be the new kid who wasn’t “runner enough.”

And honestly? I *was* too slow. I *did* feel weird. I *was* left in the dust.

I’ve never forgotten what that felt like.

It’s why I’ve spent the last 13.2 years building the run club I needed back then.

A place where every pace belongs.
Where showing up matters more than showing off.
Where nobody has to earn their spot.
Where seasoned runners and “just getting into it” runners share the same space with excitement rather than judgement.

Funny thing is...

Every Tuesday, I still wonder if anyone will show up.
If Happy’s is actually welcoming enough.
Fun enough.
Worth being part of.



So, if you’re sitting there wondering whether or not to check us out…

Let me lend you a little confidence until you find your own.

Because I know something you don’t know yet.
The people here are really, really good humans.
