Platysma myofascial release. The platysma runs from your chest all the way up into your jaw. When it’s tight, you feel it everywhere. Forward head posture, screen time, and stress keep it chronically shortened. This stretch + breath combo is one of the simplest ways to release it.
Try it and tell me what you feel. 👇
And if you need more guidance book a discovery visit .therapy we work with you to release sticky fascia with the breath & hands on care

We didn’t grow up. We just grew wheels. 🛼🍒
Warning: Side effects of rolling with the Cherry Bombers include uncontrollable joy and a refusal to act your age.
Your belly pooch might have nothing to do with fat. 🤯
Here’s what could actually be going on:
1. A pressure problem — If you’re not creating a true 360° diaphragmatic breath, that pressure has to go somewhere. It spills forward into your belly.
2. GI motility issues — Sticky fascia can create “kinks” in your system, slowing down how efficiently waste moves through. The result? Bloating and fullness that sits right out front.
3. Tight hip flexors — When your hip flexors are chronically tight, they literally push the contents of your gut forward. No amount of crunches fixes that.
Fix the pressure. Free up the fascia. Release the hips.
Your belly will thank you.

Your jaw is one of the most emotionally held places in the body.
Every word you swallowed. Every time you bit your tongue. Every moment you smiled through pain or stayed quiet to keep the peace- your masseter remembers.
This release isn’t just physical. It’s permission.
Watch to the end and try it with me and if you’re ready to go deeper- link in bio to book your Discovery Visit. Let’s find out what your body has been holding onto.
Save this video for when your jaw feels like concrete.
Most people just stand on their vibration plate— here’s one thing I do instead 👇
This rotating move targets the lateral fascial line from your toes all the way to your fingertips. The vibration plus rotation combo creates a release you genuinely can’t get any other way.
Feel that? It’s your fascia releasing.

Huge gratitude for of for hosting us. Thank you to everyone in this incredible community for showing up with presence and curiosity. We learned how to find our breath in new places and access muscles of the core (and maybe even a few sleepy muscles too!)
