We stress so much over things that, in the grand scheme of life, may not matter nearly as much as we think they do.

Life is precious, unpredictable, and far too short to spend it constantly worrying about what could go wrong.

So today, take a breath.
Let go of what you canā€™t control.
Call the person you love.
Make the memories.
Laugh a little louder.
Do the things that make you feel alive.

What a beautiful morning at Zoomies for Bark, Brew & Breathe! šŸ¾

I was so happy to see familiar facesā€”and their four-legged friendsā€”back on the mat again! Thereā€™s just something special about slowing down, stretching, breathing, and enjoying the peacefulness of nature with our pups by our side.

A morning filled with movement, wagging tails, fresh air, and a whole lot of peace.

Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)

Todayā€™s pose is Shoulder Stand, often called the Queen of Yoga Poses because of its many benefits for both the body and mind.

This gentle inversion can help improve circulation, strengthen the core and shoulders, and encourage a sense of calm and relaxation. It also invites us to see the world from a different perspectiveā€”sometimes all we need is a little shift to find balance.

Remember: yoga isnā€™t about perfection. Listen to your body, use props when needed, and honor what feels right for you. Modifications are always welcome, and every body is different.

Mine would be reliving the day our kids experienced their first beach trip. Watching their excitement and seeing them take it all in for the first time was so special.
