Camden County Sounders U8 Soccer Club

Select team tryouts for the fall are Monday night and Tuesday night from 5:30 until 6:30 at the fields this week. They're looking for additional players and have put together a really good team. Players must be born no later than 2011. Message me if your child would be interested in select. Also if not but your child would like to still play rec again this fall I would love to have them back on my rec team. Message me. Thanks!

Hello everyone! I am losing some players on my U10 team to select and due to age so if any of your kids are looking to play in the spring and in need of a team, please let me know. Hi everyone. Hope your summer is going well. Just wanted to let you all know that if your child is playing fall soccer, the last day to register will be 8/3.

If your child is wanting to move to a higher age bracket, there is a section to request this when you register. It will then have to be approved by the league. Im not sure if they will ask for my input or not but definitely reach out to me if you need a recommendation.

Im not coaching this season unless I have at least two of my previous players back and right now most are not playing or planning to move up. Let me know if anyone is interested in staying with me okay.

Just wanted to gauge interest in seeing if any of our kids past or present would be interested in joining me for the fall season. Cash will be moving on to U10 but I am going to let a new coach have that attitude haha.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience. I would like to continue with U8 but would like to avoid a completely new team if possible. Love to have some of our players back before additional new players are assigned. Hope you all are enjoying your summer. Thanks!

Good afternoon. I know I mentioned it to some of you Saturday but Coach Ross from the team that was sick in week three has been able to secure a ref and a field for Tuesday night this week to play our make-up game at 6pm.
I am cancelling practice tonight and we will instead just play a 6 pm game tomorrow night against Team Ross so please have the kids wear their Saturday uniforms. We will not worry about snacks for this game since it's dinner time right after. Please let me know if you cannot make it. Otherwise, I will see you all Tuesday night for the game. Thanks

Just spoke to the league. Games will go on tomorrow as scheduled. Our game is at 830am (yay..not 😐). If anything changes before then I will send out a text.

Good afternoon parents, There has been a shift in my job schedule in Jax that is going to make 6pm extremely difficult for me moving forward for me. I will have to move our practice time to 630-730 effective immediately due to my management responsibilities. Please let me know if this is not something that you are able to do. I do not want to have to hand off coaching duties but I will do so to accommodate for the kids if need be as this is obviously not your fault. Please let me know if this will not be okay for any of you and I will make arrangements. Hope to continue with you all and the kids. Thanks, Sean

No practice this week due to spring break in Camden County. Fields will be closed. Practice will resume a week from tomorrow.

Kids played great last Wednesday in their 9-1 victory. Very proud of their skills progression so far this season. See you all in a week.
