🌊 WE’RE HIRING: AQUATICS DIRECTOR 🏊‍♂️

The Jeff Rouse Swim & Sport Center is looking for an experienced Aquatics Director to lead our aquatics operations and team!

We’re looking for a strong aquatics professional with the certifications, technical skills, and leadership experience to oversee a busy, multi-pool facility.

Required qualifications include:
✅ CPO Certification
✅ Current Lifeguard Certification
✅ Lifeguard Instructor Certification
✅ Proficiency with HY-TEK Meet Manager
✅ Ability to operate Colorado Timing Systems
✅ Experience managing and operating swim meets
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

This position will oversee aquatics operations, including pool operations, lifeguards, swim lessons, rentals, programming, swim meets, staff development, and safety standards.

If you’re an experienced aquatics professional ready to lead a dynamic team and make an impact in our community, we want to hear from you!
