F.I.T. Solutions is proud to announce FREE Instagram live classes starting this Monday, March 30th at 12:00 PM, first class is Yoga. Feel free to invite friends and family to join along! Times are tough right now, we don’t have access to gyms or trainers but that doesn’t mean you can’t have access to industry-leading fitness classes right from the comfort of your own home!
