Normally, our message is to quiet the noise.
But this feels like it needs to be said LOUD.
To all the women out there:
You shouldn’t have to live in a world where you feel like you need to know how to fight.
You shouldn’t have to think about how to protect yourself. You shouldn’t have to change the way you dress, where you go, who you trust, or how you move through the world because of what someone else might do.
And if someone chooses to hurt you, that is NEVER your fault.
I wish we lived in a world where this conversation wasn’t necessary.
Unfortunately, that isn’t the reality we live in.
So while we work toward a world where women never have to feel unsafe, we also believe there is power in knowing what you’re capable of.
You aren’t just getting stronger and more athletic for show. You’re building physical strength, confidence, awareness, and the ability to use your body when it matters.
Being stronger doesn’t guarantee your safety.
But being strong, capable, and confident can mean knowing that you are not powerless.
Don’t let anyone f**k with you.
Be strong. Be capable. Know what your body can do.
You don’t train because you’re afraid of the world.
You train because you refuse to feel powerless in it.
And if you ever need to fight back, you’ll be ready.
I’m here to prepare you for anything that comes your way.
