Hi! I have a bunch of new followers here, so I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself ๐ค
Hi, Iโm Randi, Personal Trainer specializing in pre & postnatal fitness. Iโm passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
As a new mom of 2 myself, I truly understand how much your body goes through during pregnancy, birth, and recovery. My goal is to help educate women on safe and effective physical fitness during pregnancy, support proper postpartum healing, and help moms rebuild strength in a realistic, sustainable way.
I focus heavily on core and pelvic floor education, functional strength, and helping women return to movement safely โ whether that means preparing for birth, recovering from delivery (including C-sections), or getting back to workouts and everyday life feeling strong again.
Iโm so happy youโre here and excited to support, educate, and move with you ๐ค

So much gratitude for 2025 ๐ค
This year turned an idea into a real mom community โ stroller walks, strong mamas, sweat, laughs, and making genuine connections. Iโm beyond thankful for every one of you who showed up and helped this space grow.
As I get ready to welcome baby #2, Iโll be taking a short maternity break ๐ค
Classes will pause for now and return in the spring.
Thank you for being here, for the support, and for helping build this village. I canโt wait to be back ๐
