Say hello to Nova!!! IB’s very own gym pup! 🐾🐾

Nova is a 6 yr old Husky-Elk Hound mix. She’s a sucker for treats and tummy rubs
Rumor has it her favorite lift is deadlifts!! At least she like to nap on the platform from time to time lol!!

She can be spotted greeting members at the front door and desk or counting reps for members on their sets.
Feel free to give her a tummy rubs and say hello, if you wanna give her a treat just find and she’ll hook you up!!

Hey IB fam!!!
Welcome to Fall semester 2024!! We’re so excited to have everyone and welcome back to our peeps from last year!!!!

A few small things have changed in the last few months but improvements all the same, starting with our sign in process.
Beginning this week, IRNBUILT members need to sign in with the blink doorbell right next to the door. No need to stop at the desk anymore, just walk back and ring the bell when you come to lift.
This helps us keep track of traffic flow, and also make sure IB members only are accessing the space y’all pay for.
I mean, our lifts already take hours we’d hate to slow you down more with ppl in there who aren’t supposed to be up in ya space 😉.

Keep an eye out for a few more things that may be different or new but have a great week and happy lifting!!!!!
