A heartfelt thank you to everyone who generously donated $200 each to support our volleyball club this year. Your generosity means so much to us. We truly appreciate your support!

We would like to thank all the teams who participated in our volleyball tournament yesterday. We truly appreciate everyone’s time, effort, and sportsmanship in making the event possible.

This year, with 19 teams participating, we had to introduce a new tournament format to fit all the matches within our ground permit time while trying to keep the competition fair for everyone. We understand that some decisions made during the tournament may have caused concerns or felt unfair to some teams, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

Our intention was always to accommodate all teams as much as possible. In one instance, we made a decision to support a team that had traveled a long distance to participate, while trying to minimize the impact on the other teams. We understand that these decisions may not have satisfied everyone, and we appreciate your patience and understanding 🙏.

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the tournament as planned. Our ground permit expired at 6 PM, and due to neighborhood complaints, park police required us to stop the event. Because of this, we could not complete the finals and consolation matches. Having the winner decided by a coin toss was not the ending we wanted for the tournament, and we sincerely apologize to the teams affected. We are very thankful to all the teams who understood the situation and cooperated with us during a difficult moment. Your support and sportsmanship mean a lot.

This has been a great learning experience for us. We will review what happened and make the necessary improvements to the format, scheduling, and planning so we can provide a better tournament experience next year.

Once again, we apologize for the unexpected ending and thank all of you for your understanding and support. We hope to see everyone back next year and make it an even better event.
