April Events & Updates

April Tuition is due March 23-April 1. EDC allows 1 Courtesy Late Payment 2nd Late Payment $5 fee anything after that is $20 late fee.

Studio Closure April 6-11 Happy Easter 7 Happy Passover

Recital Fee is due April 15 Cash or Check

Costume Payments/Balances are Now Past Due. Please send in your Costume Payments.
Friday 4pm-6-30pm classes please pick up and sign for costumes on Friday April 3 after Latin or Ballet Class.

Ticket Sale: April 19 8am Sunday at the Studio
Tickets are $35 CASH ONLY
Our Ticket Minimum has been lowered to 3 Max 35
Tickets are not Exchangeable or Refundable
All Tuition from September Through April, Costume Fee, Recital Fee and any Late Fees must be paid and in good standing to buy tickets
EDC will not take any payments on tickets sales other than ticket sale money
Please read last month's email about ticket day sale process and your registration packet for studio ticket day.
The line fills up early please be prepared to wait 2.5 to 3 hours after 8am. Any time before 8am that is the parents' choice to wait in line longer.

COMPETITION INFO:
Competition Dancers or interested dancers Please be at Practice Sunday March 29 9am-12pm Sharp Dressed in All Black No Tights All Shoes and Water.
Parent Meeting March 30 6pm (No Dancers) only dancers allowed are the girls who have class Monday.

Friendly Reminder Attendance is very important at this time as we prepare for our show. Please review our studio attire and shoe requirements for each class as well as our hair and jewelry policy.

Studio Pro: We were locked out of our account. We have access now and we will have all accounts updated by April5. Please review your accounts on or after April 7 to see all payments made and any outstanding balances. All dance fees must be in good standing to buy tickets on March 19. If you paid by ZELLE you have your receipt if you paid by Cash or Check, you received a paper receipt. Our apologies this system is also new for us.

Make sure you are able to receive our text messages through Studio Pro. The recital is getting close and we will be using Text more often.

ZELLE Payments must have a dancer's name in the Memo. Zelle going forward will only be accepted from the names listed on your registration form.
