Long overdue post. Hey everyone, meet Crystal, our newest added certified personal trainer and certified stretch trainer. She will be teaching the new stretching classes at the Taylorsville location every other Thursday @ 6:30pm (currently 4/16 and 4/30). We may add more days as needed. She is also available for one on one personal training and nutrition assistance at both Genesis Fitness locations. Everyone needs more flexibility, more mobility and stability strength. -workout plans — don’t like classes. That’s ok. We got you. We can write you a workout plan, demo the moves, keep track of progress. This is for men and women.

-sauna, meals, protein smoothies

If you’re wanting to take Spin Bootcamp, please understand you have to book the class ahead of time on the new app. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel ahead of time due to there being a limited amount of bikes so those on the waitlist can book.
