All Statesville Electric Utilities customers should have power back on. If you do not have power and you are a Statesville electric customer, call 704-878-3479. Please give your address and phone number. Thanks for your patience everyone!!

MAJOR POWER OUTAGE: Nearly three-fourths of Statesville Electric customers were without power this morning following an issue on a Duke Energy line that has impacted the Cityβs electrical service. Duke Energy is aware of the issue and is evaluating how to make repairs. In the meantime, both SVL and Duke are working on the back end to get as many customers on as possible as quickly as possible. You may see lights flicker. Prepare for the power to come back on by making sure the stove and other appliances/equipment you were using are cut off. Currently, there is not an ETA on full restoration. Check back for updates and, as always, thank you for your understanding and patience.
