If you're not naturally flexible , that's okay! At VDT, we train for flexibility, mobility and strength. You'll see consistent improvement by attending class and remembering to repeat the exercises at home.

We're proud to announce that Abby will be attending LMU is Los Angeles to pursue a major in dance! We are thrilled that all three of our seniors will be continuing their dance journeys.

Regular classes are over, and we're ready to see you shine during Rehearsal Week and our Spring Production!

We are proud to share that Ella will be attending The Bridge Movement this fall. TBM is a pre-professional conservatory dance training program that bridges dancers from their life as a dance student to one of a professional dancer!
