We're kicking off our sixth Mini Movement Challenge of the year. 🥳

This month's challenge is the Sit-Up!

Your goal is 30 seconds of sit-ups per day. 🙌

New to sit-ups? Break it up into 3 sets of 10 seconds.
Looking for more of a challenge? Try multiple rounds of 30 seconds or extend your time.

For some, the biggest challenge may actually be getting down to the floor and back up again! Take your time, use a chair or sturdy surface for support if needed, and don't be afraid to use your hands.

Safe movement is always the goal. You can do this!

Let's keep the momentum rolling and make June our strongest month yet!
