Good luck today guys!!!

Our varsity wrestling team traveled to Cumberland today for the regional Tournament. Congratulation guys on a great season of wrestling! And also congratulations to Dylan Davis who placed 3rd and will be heading to Salem to wrestle in the State tournament!!

Four of our wrestlers were recognized on Wed. For senior night. While we still have some wrestling to do this season, We would like to take this opportunity to extent best wishes to these young men on all their future goals!

Our team had a great weekend last weekend at the tournament in Lancaster. Individually, four of our wrestlers came away with Medals! Ceaser, CJ and Brock all went home with silver. And Dylan took gold! Congratulations guys!!!

On Saturday our wrestlers traveled to Caroline county for the Cavaliers Clash invitational. It was a full day of wrestling, and our team came away with several individual wins and managed to bring home some bling as well! In their perspective weight classes, Dylan Davis placed 2nd CJ placed 3rd and Caesar placed 5th.
Our team wrestled hard and made us proud. They received the sportsmanship award for the tournament!! Way to go guys!!

Our wrestlers are off to a great start this season! On Thursday they traveled to Lancaster for a tri against Lancaster and W&L. They came away with a win against W&L. And several individual wins.

Well, that’s a wrap...another great season of wrestling in the books!
We’re extremely proud of these boys, and their dedication and heart for this sport. They certainly gave it their all, and left some blood, sweat, (and yes even a few tears) on those mats this weekend! You all represented Northumberland well, and did the “Indians” proud! Best of luck to you in the future!

After a great send off, we’d like to wish Safe travels to our wrestlers and coaches heading to Salem for the State Championship Tournament! Can’t wait to see you do your thing on the mat this weekend!! We’ll be cheering for you!!

What a great weekend of wrestling! All our wrestlers worked hard at Regionals!
Congratulations to CJ Timberlake for finishing 6th at 120, Alazar Shaffer 2nd place at 138, Brock Martin 6th at 182, and Dylan Davis 4th at 195!
They will be advancing to the state tournament in Salem next weekend!!
Also great effort by Will Biddlecomb who finished 7th and KJ Ball who finished 9th.

The boys put in work yesterday at the regionals tournament!! And they are ready to hit the mats again this morning! Work hard guys, we’re cheering for you!!
