On Wednesday, March 25th, we're closing out our time in this space with one final Yin into Sound Bath — and we couldn't think of a more beautiful way to say goodbye.

Join Kelly Conway and Mary Bailes for 45 minutes of gentle yin yoga, followed by a 45-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath with guided meditation. A full hour and a half to slow down, soften, and let yourself be held.

This space has meant so much to us, and we want to spend our last night in it with you — the community that made it all worthwhile.
