JO and Eagles Fall Season 2019

Tough to think about when it is 80 degrees outside but summer is close to finishing up It is time to get organized for the Fall JO 4 & 5, Xcel Bronze & Silver and the JO Optional Seasons. Please let me know if your daughter will participate this season, I would love to have a good turn-out for our home meet.

2019 Meet Schedule
8/31: First meet at home
9/21-22: Fall Festival, Gymnastics Unlimited, Northglenn
10/5-6: Judges Cup, Lakewood HS
20/26-27: Xtreme Altitude, Lafayette
12/7-7: Bronze/Silver state

Costs
• $27 USA Gymnastics Intro Athlete membership
• Leo $30, If you know your daughters size let me know.
• $70-$80 Meet entry fees
• Coaches fees depends on the number of participants

2019-20 School Year Gymnastics Classes

School year schedule runs from August 19th through June 5th

Early Bird Registration
Register and pay for the first month of fall classes and receive a 5% discount on the first months tuition.

Eagles Bronze State Championship

Kaili McCauley, Mia Cranwell, Myka Cranwell participated in the Xcel Bronze evel State Championship last weekend, Saturday, June 8th at Peak Athletics in Highlands Ranch. All three young ladies gave their best efforts and performaed well against a bunch of tough and talented competitors from all across Colorado.

Walk The Plank

Kaili McCauley, Mia Cranwell, Myka Cranwell, Sophia Burch, Angelina Vreeman and Alexis Vreeman, Della Cunningham, Abigail Lott, Lainee Haack, Reesa Pond, Shae Sias, Ava Elshere and Catherine Larock participated in our annual pirate themed "Walk The Plank" home gymnastics meet last weekend, Saturday, May 25th.

Still a young bunch of Pirate Gymnasts, and again it was the very first competition for a couple of them. They all tried their best and had a bunch of fun.

A group of fresh faced Pirate Gymnasts, with some ot them in their very first gymnastics meet ever, will all try their hand at winning the coveted Pirate Ship Trophy and put their best performances out on the competitive floor.

Excel Gymnastics will be CLOSED Monday,May 27th for Memorial Day.

2019 Boys Regional Championship Levels 5-10

Robbie Wodnik, Jace Rabesa and Max David took part in the 2019 Regional Championship for Levels 5 through 10 last weekend, April 6-7 at Xtreme Altitude Gymnastics in Lafayette.

These three young men have been working hard the past couple of weeks to make their routines the best of the season. Amid the best that Region 9 has to offer the showed some fine performances.

Jace: Pommels 8.2, Rings 9.3, Vault 8.1
Max: Pommels 8.4, Rings 8.3, Vault 8.4
Robbie: Pommels 8.2, Rings 9.0, Vault 8.6

Summer Schedule

2019 Summer Schedule

Excel's Summer session is ten weeks long from June 10th through August 16th.

We understand that everyone takes breaks during the summer so we bill by the total number of weeks you will be attending during the summer session. Just let us know how many weeks you plan on attending, payment up front of the first half of billed tuition and the rest in one or two additional payments. If you make a change just let us know and we will adjust the charges accordingly.

Girls State Championship 2019 Levels 6 and 8

Ren Westermeyer participated in the Level 8 State Championship last weekend, March 30-31 @ Bear Creek HS.

It was a bit of a difficult competition with a bad heel but Ren put a nice floor routine together scoring 9.0 and placing 7th.

Spring Break 2019, April 22-26

Excel Gymnastics will be on a normal class schedule

Boys State Championship 2019 Levels 4 & 5

Connor Van Overen, Robbie Wodnik and Jackson Tormey
took part in the 2019 State Championship for Levels 4 and 5 last weekend, March 23-24 at Bear Creek HS in Lakewood hosted by Active Athletics.

Highlights
Jackson scored 8.2 on Rings and 8.0 on Vault.
Connor became State Champion on Rings and PBars scoring 9.1 and 8.1 respectively, he also placed third on Hi Bar.
Robbie placed 4th on Floor and tied for 4th on Vault scoring 9.4 and scored 9.2 on Rings.
